ya, I was just looking at JIC's site, too. Might be some technicality since Listia is a place of giving things for 'free', but I am not sure.

Yes i went over and re read them fo my bad. I asked corp and understand.
Unfortunately I cannot delete since this is already bidded on but what I will do is include a peice of jewelry no matter the bid. This way you are bidding on the jewelry NOT the SAMPLE. I will include the sample tho in the package.
