The listing, Gorgeous Sterling Sarah Coventry Cameo has ended.

This is stamped Sarah Cov. Sterling. The best guess I have is the cameo itself is mother of pearl. This is a beautiful vintage piece! I cannot include the chain unless someone has an appealing offer for both. Otherwise this auction is only for this stunning cameo. If anyone is interested in the necklace it is still very old unique sterling necklace. I've never seen links like this until I received this one. This will not come with the box
