Planting instructions
sow indoors late winter, start seeds outdoors in early sping to late fall.
Sprinkle on soil surface barley covering and keep moist until the thread like seedlings emerge.
Grow in full sun, and cool conditions.
Plant in rows one foot apart and 6in between seedlings in the row.
Weeds need to be controlled as the seedlings do not complete well. When plants reach about the thickness of a pencil, mulch may be applied to control weeds and conserve moisture.
Harvest onions when the green leafy tops weaken at soil level and fall over.

It grows to large size, deep red, thick, approaching to round shape, fine-grained, pleasant flavored, and very productive. It ripens in Sep. and keeps well. there is at least 20 seeds in each pack i asure you there is more im just not counting each has two or three big pinches. They are mixed we dont know which you will get but they grow the same & they are both great onions!
