The only way I can do for free shipping is 7000for a GIN because I ship very securely not to let it break and it'll have insurance and tracking

Because it cost credits to do a GIN whether someone uses it or not so why spend credits if you don't have to. Figured if someone wants it bad enough they would ask for a GIN or whatever
