Here is a Samsung Galaxy s touch screen smartphone it was given to me I can't use it and have no use for it . It works Wi-Fi works it dose not come with a charger.

I meant the person who wins will get in trouble because the other one you gave the number to will activate it in their name and say the person who has the phone stole it but if they live in different states that's kind of hard to steal it lol

They can only make it usable if you don't have it in service, Then when you sell it to someone that person who you gave it to can activate it and say someone stole their phone. The person they find with it will get in a lot of trouble.

You should never tell someone the IMEI. They can copy it and make this phone unusable.

It's in far there are some scuffs on the corners and where you plug in the charger and minor scratchs on the screen.
