This will fit a bigger girl or a small woman. Measures across back at underarm is 16 1/2". Back top of collar to hem 20". Completely trimmed with black piping. Jacket is 61% cotton, 37% polyester, 2% spandex. Machine wash gentle cold, hang dry. New without tags.
