Is the water cloudy or have any floaties in it?

Who's it made by?
Can you post photos of the bottom of the item?
Anything wrong with this, at all, is it in excellent condition?
The photos are showing quite fuzzy on my end, that's why I'm asking.
I'm in the market for dragon items, specifically music boxes or globes.
