Correct. On the plastic holder, it says that they're "prooflike", but I'm 99% sure that they're uncirculated. There's not one blemish (that I can see) on any one of the coins. I hope I helped u. Ty for ur interest n question! :)

A "proof" is a "proof" no matter what condition its in. It's the method they use when making the coin, not how good it looks. What exactly does "proof-like" mean?
