Yes...Yes it is. All My stones unless other noted are EXACTLY what they say they are. With the Exception of Aqua Aura (which is man enhanced), Goldstone (which is man made), Mystic Topaz (another man enhanced stone), and the occasional dyed stone in which all cases I will note that then everything is GENUINE coming straight from the EARTH and nowhere else. When you say third eye. Do u mean the third eye Chakra as in amethyst in my case?

Third eye is often refers to the "second sight" or the sight that you can see with that is not your eyes. Some call people who have it "psychics" but that is not an all encompassing view of the third eye. For example I have met healers who can "feel" in the their own bodies what is wrong with another which is another form of "third eye" seeing as are "empaths" which is what I am. It is what I usually refer to as "intuitive gift" that are given to us. I hope that helps and if not keep asking and eventually we will get to the answer you are seeking.
