This bag is brand new with tags and is an authentic Joe's Jeans. Joe's is known for going beyond the denim fabric to introduce a chic, casual style. This is a jeans fabric and leather. I can only assume why it says "ARMY" in the name of the type of bag would be the color of the fabric. Not brown, not green, but a khaki.
It can be worn as a shoulder bag, or remove the strap and fold in half for a nice sized clutch. When you fold it over you can have the fabric side out, or the leather side out. It's a multi-use, flexible bag.
The leather is a nice to touch, soft leather. The open compartments and a zippered compartment inside are also each leather trimmed. It has a zippered closure on the outside top.
When it lays flat, it measures 13-3/4" top to bottom, and 14" side to side. The shoulder strap drop is 18"and can be adjusted about 4" smaller.
What else can I tell you? It retails at $150.
It would make a great gift.
It truly has never been used at all.
