Yes it is new. I only opened packaging to take pictures then I put it right back into package. I should have mentioned that. The mask works great it was a 2 pack and I was using the other one that I'm not selling to bike to and from work in the winter when I lived in upstate New York. My face stayed nice and warm and mask didn't get a sweaty and gross.
