What's the sizes of the pot, cups and tray and what's the shipping cost to 97487 please?

The tea cup is about 4 cups, and the tea cups about 1.cup each. Then there is a tray, all ceramic so I think shipping cost would average aprox 10.85 if I can fit it all in a flat rate box.
