Do you know the silver content? Is it silver plated or like US coins of this era 90% silver

It is only 10% silver but it is not plated. The silver is around a clad core but it's not like it can just rub off. These coins are sold as bullion coins or junk silver coins just like dimes, quarters, and war nickels.
