The listing, 25 Heirloom Early White Vienna Kholrabi Seeds has ended.

The seeds for these originally came from Baker Creek Heirloom Seeds. BCHS sells only non-hybrid, non-GMO, non-treated and non-patented seeds.

Kholrabi grows as a delicious cabbage-flavored bulb above the ground. It can be eaten raw or cooked. Thiis variety is a pre-1860 heirloom.

I think it has a slight radish taste to it as well, when eaten raw. Adds a great crunch to a salad.

No, they grow like radishes, except the bulb grows above the ground and gets about 3" in diameter. I'll throw some extra seeds in, too.

Good to eat them before they get too big or they get woody. Delicious raw or in a soup or stew.
