It means you can't use some of it then ask for a refund. As long as I put that in the description if someone buys it then changes there mind there stuck with it. Listia will side with me over the dispute.

Yes your scalp gets very dry especially during the winter months. I can't believe how expensive they are at the store.

Yea i know i actually rememember when this was one of the cheapest. Saw them at Walmart the other day for $5 which to me i thought that was high...but i guess everythin is going up but fortunately gas as gone down a lot here.

They have actually been five dollars for a few years now. But it's definitely nice to see the gas prices going down. I heard were using our own supply that's why. They say Saudi Arabia is very mad at us are trying to get our business back.
