Yes it is......It was my phone, I just changed last week because I upgraded for an LG optimus.
Except for the normal ware for use...THIS PHONE DOES NOT HAVE ANY ISSUES........so bid with confidence, because you are bidding a nice and well maintained phone.

Hi, i know you said its in MINT condition but are there any really noticable scratches on the main screen? kinda hard to tell in your pictures. looks a little cloudy to me, but that could just be part of the glare.

No ther are not any "noticeable" scratches on the screen. Is been always used with a "screen protector" and on the pictures still have one. Sorry about the pic quality...!!!
