Sanchez is a top pitching prospect of the Seattle Mariners. Signed internationally in late 2011, he jumped leagues each season in the minors and could debut as early as 2015. He is widely considered one of the top pitching propsects in the game, and second among Mariners prospects behind the highly touted Tijuan Walker.

Card has a light foil scuff at the top (see pictures) from improper shipping but overall the card still looks great. I always figure on buying the autograph, not the card.
