Photos back then took so freakin long to create. We r talkin hours! So yeah its pretty hard to hold a smile for 3 hrs. The same one without moving.... at all. Because if you did it was your fault the photo would turn out unclear and smudgy. They were so expensive it was also hard for folks to buy one. Thats why there are so many Photos of the deceased. They never had the $ so when a person died most times the only photo the family had of them was when they werent living.
