Once registered they will need to contact Customer Support Service https://cs.darkfallonline.com/ and submit a ticket with their key-code requesting Trial Activation.

The CS staff should activate their accounts and reply back to them shortly after.

Keep in mind that:

- ONLY accounts registered in darkfallonline.com will be able to use these keys (not through steam)

- Any accounts that had created a character after the game’s official launch on April 16th 2013 are not eligible for a Trial Activation

- In case an account had pre-ordered the game and have not played since beta phase, one can play the game through the buddy key program.
