this is a classic lockback
bear paw (claw) design

hand forged and handmade
by an apprentice of
"tom gellespie"

high carbon steel blade

genuine jigged bone handles

beautifully engraved
solid brass bolsters

brass liners and pins

this knife is in near
mint condition and
very collectible!

there is no tang stamp
some knife makers just didn't
stamp all their knives.
it's unfortunate, but true.

the blade locks securely
in the open position
and has no wobble

also, the blade shows
no signs of ever being sharpened or used
