I am sorry that I forgot to list that , they are sizes D to K I believe. The sizes are listed as 2.5 MM to 6.5 MM

They do not have any brand name on them but the hook itself is closer to a Boye than a Susan Bates. I would have to guess that they are not a brand I would have heard of before.

They look like the clover brand the older style, if so these are great hooks! If I had the credits Id snatch them up I have two clover hooks they help reduce the stress in my hand and arm I love them and prefer them over all my other hooks :)

are they a soft rubber type handle or hard plastic?

I believe they are plastic, it has a rough feel to it like rubber would but it is harder than rubber.
