Other than a couple of barely noticeable teeny dings and scuffs from gentle use, it's in great shape! A thermos didn't come with it. Thanks for asking!

I hope you all read the description and are aware that this is a MINI lunchbox... it measures 5-1/2" x 4" x 2-1/2". Don't want anybody to be disappointed because they didn't read the description! :)
