Description
The listing, Misc Vintage Items! has ended.
This is a lot of vintage items I have acquired. The One Bible was given in 1942, so I am kind of assuming items are from around that time period. I have tried to capture the items with many pics. Some very interesting items.
All will fit in a med flat rate box.
Thank you for looking!
Questions & Comments
This a really neat lot! Can you describe the coins a little bit more. The flash kind of fades things out and its hard to get detail from that distance. For instance what year are they? I see the dime and I see the 50 cent piece isn't actual money, but do you have more information on that? And then the protected coin. What does that one say? Thanks so much! I am sure if you answer some of those questions you will get a lot more interest and bids. :)
Hello, I have added some additional pics if the coins plus added some wheat pennies and old pennies that were actually in with this estate find. The dime is in a simple casing which reads on the outside "American Museum of Atomic Energy - Neutron Irradiated" the year of the dime is 1961. The one gold coin indicates J.E.B. STUARTS RAID, CHAMBERSBURG, PENNA, Oct, 10, 1862...the other side of the coin indicates "GOOD FOR 50 cent trade in at participating stores and business firms through November 10, 1962 and CIVIL WAR CENTENNIAL.
Okay the other gold coin indicates Chambersburg Sesquicentennial , 1803 1953. Good for 50 cent in trade, not redeemable after August 19, 1953.
I hope all this helps along with the additional pics! Thank you for asking!!!
