This stuff is amazing. I am only 23 with 3 kids boy=4, Daughter=2, son=4 months. Having kids almost back to back put alot on a little 5 ft 1 frame. :( But like the lady said its hard to remember to put it on when alls you can think about at the end of the day is sleep. But it works really good on all your areas you what to look better.
