New never used outfit, didn't even get a chance to try it on my grandson. It is a red sweater vest with a snow man, white cotton long sleeve dress shirt and dark blue corduroy dress pants. I also got this off listia. It has some little white stains, I don't know what or where they came from. I didn't try to get it off because I thought the next person might know how to. The texture is hard, dry white and not sticky. Almost looks and feels like powder clothes soap.
