Sterling Silver doesn't turn. It does tarnish though, from oxidation from exposure to oxygen. Tarnish is a darkening of the silver. Some people like it and prefer for their silver to look antique and aged. I have one ring of my own that looks beautiful with the tarnish, because it has a braided edge and the braid stands out more and shows more detail when it's tarnished. But I have some silver rings that need to really shine to look their best ~ So I clean the tarnish off with Silver Cleaner and they look just like new afterwards :) Hope I've been helpful :) I'll fan back, thanks for watching, Good luck if you decide to bid :)
