This phone was very lightly used. This was my personal phone for 4 months. Kept in an otterbox. IT IS A 4G SMART PHONE..

I stopped using this phone because the battery wouldn't stay charged long enough for me. Then the battery swole up and began getting hot. I attempted to get a replacement from T Mobile but their service sucked so bad I switched carriers n was stuck with a fairly new phone with a simple problem.
Because the issue is the battery its winners choice if they would like me to send with the battery or not, but the chemicals in a battery make postage a little different in Delaware. So that fee would be on them. I'll ship the phone as is... It does work with no other issues. Very good phone if you have an Obama Tracker n wanna switch over. I'll leave a link to where you can get a new battery cheap if you're to lazy to look it up on the net. This is a pretty small phone compared to my note 3, but standard next to an Iphone5 shown in photo to depict size.
