Questions & Comments
It's a Mystery Auction....takes the fun out of it if I listed the books? Lol No Julia Child's book. The cooking subjects in there I listed in the auction description. Most of these I got from DoubleDay Book Club & BetterHomes & Gardens book clubs. Cakes, desserts ethnic things. Its been all packed up & ready for mailing..
This is great listing my aunt loves cookbooks great xmas gifts for her I have a sleected few that I really like and give her the rest of mine she has like tons and it funny she actually uses them lol
I am desperately trying to find healthy living type cookbooks and slow cooker cookbooks. Is there any chance that something like that might be in the mystery package?
Tweety I cant recall.I had packed these up a while ago. My slow cooker book I still use. Someone had told me ages ago the BEST cookbooks come with the appliances or gadgets that you buy since they want you to get the BEST cooking experience with their products. I started looking for those mainly. Best advice on Slow cooker rule of thumb is half the spices you normally use & add them at the end. I remembr the 1st time i made a roast in there it tasted like salted beef :O
