I have my "original" issued one, which I'll never get rid of. But I've been out for 14 years now and I thought I'd pass it on to someone that would appreciate it.
Is keep this my friend and pass on to your children or grandchildren, I wish my grandpa and great grandpa kept some stuff from WWII and Iraq for me to see. My great grandpa was best friends and neighbors as well as went to boot camp with 2 or 3 of the men raising the flag up at Iwo Jima and all they have left is pictures. Myself I am aspiring to be an army ranger for 12b combat engineer but until then I'm doing everything I can do to get prepared! Any advice for BCT?
I have plenty of these. I've kept the original one I was issued and I'll never get rid of it. As for BCT.. I would keep a level head and do exactly as you're told. No more, and no less. It's 90% mental and 10% physical. (Marines anyway)
Ok good then! Haha and as for BCT I have great willpower, and pretty good strength for my size id say. Hopefully it will be a fun and challenging experience as I look back on it but will most certainly be hell while doing it! Thanks for the advice ~ooh rah~
My bad my grandpa was not in Iraq i don't know what I was thinking, he was in vietnam for a while, gave me his pins and his boonie hat! He was a 12B as I aspire to be!
