The above users comment is right on.. I also agree,. just dont bid on their items, its not necessary to spam auction after auction and you were asked to not do this, contact them privately and ask them to get verified and flag auctions as well.. and if you have a problem submit a help ticket. thanks

Yes, it is necessary to spam auction after auction. Listia management is obviously not going to enforce mandatory verification. I've said it before and I'll say it again, there will soon be another auction site of this nature that will have much better structure not conducive to allowing all these scammers waste our time. Listia has created this mess by giving free credits WITHOUT making a potential, new member get verified first or at least complete one auction. WE should not have to spend our time contacting anyone privately to ask them to get verified. WE should be shopping & having fun. Listia's desperation for success is exactly what is going to bring about its demise...STOP handing out credits & membership without requiring a minimal partaking and this site will quickly become one of great integrity and harmonious activity.
As I agree...within these past few weeks I was one of them ignorant listia members that bid on a few unverified auctions only to be burned...someone I will learn but man some are too hard to walk away from, lol. It should be manditory to have a verified account, bank at least. Watching and if my credits are released soon, I will def be bidding :-)
