Does not work i think i needs a battery. My grandmother gave this to me but i have no use for it. its vary pretty has fax dimonds around the face of watch. clasp closer... the pics do not do this watch justis!

This maker, Gruen, is fabulous. Very dependable, though kinda spendy. It will be a good investment for someone. If your grandmother gave it to you, are you sure it doesn't wind-up rather than take a battery?

I have the same "issue". My grandmother gave me a watch from Omega ..says swiss quartz...looks really old and does not work. I dont know what to do with it. =)
