Cool idea for auctions. I am interested in bidding on one. Do you happen to have a pine-tree shape freshener. Also, what does the wild wild west and hillbilly home-brew scents smell like? Lastly, would you be willing to set up an auction for two of these for 1500 if I can choose the scent, color, and shape?

I unfortunately am not allowed to do a pine-tree shape because the people who make the cardboard trees feel it is infringing on their intellectual property if I do anything in the shape of a tree. The Wild West is a rustic leather aroma and the hillbilly homebrew is similar to apple cider aroma. As far as choosing a color, each of the scents already have their own color so if you want to pick the color you would have to choose a scent that comes in that color. For instance, Apple & Cinnamon is red, coconut is light brown, pine scent is green, ect.... If you are looking for a certain color I can help you choose a scent in that color but I cannot change the colors for one air freshener, it would just be too difficult for me to keep up with individual air fresheners and individual colors. As far as the auction, I start them all at 499 because that is the only way to list without a credit fee on this site. I do sell them on my personal website however if you need more air fresheners than what I have listed. Thanks for looking!

That's interesting. I had no idea that the pine-tree shape was copyrighted. Can you make a Christmas tree shape or is that an infringement?

Nope, I cannot make anything in the shape of a pine tree that is an air freshener. I wasn't even selling them as auto air fresheners, I was selling pine tree shaped scented Christmas Ornaments and I was contacted by their attorneys and told I was infringing on their intellectual property. I thought it was interesting too, especially since it wasn't even an auto air freshener that I was selling at the time.

Wow. In that case, instead of making a air freshener shaped like a small tree, can you make a triangle with a small rectangle on the bottom of it. I'll be more than pleased with that. For all intents and purposes we'll just call it an arrowhead since that's what it'll be shaped as. There, problem solved. Arrowheads aren't copyrighted. Can you make me an arrowhead-shaped freshener? If not how about a triangle-shape? I triangle is clearly different than a pine tree. We can discuss the scent privately after I bid and win.
