The 'shipping' IS free. However, we cannot be responsible for 'lost' mail. We do our part to mail it out promptly, and to package it securely, etc.. but mail 'does' sometimes get lost, at no fault of ours. If you want 'insurance' on the package, then you would need to pay for that. It cost very little, and That's your decision to make. Out of over 550 transactions on Ebay, we have only had ONE package lost in 5 years! We just cannot 'afford' to pay insurance on every transaction. Otherwise, it would not be 'productive' for us to put these clearance items on here. We would 'like' to continue listing our clearance items on here, but it has to be a 'win-win' situation for BOTH parties. We just want everyone to be clear, as we don't want 'negative' feedback on these small items, should one get lost and the Buyer declines to purchase insurance. Thanks !
