These washboards are awesome!!! My dad built me a large spice rack for my kitchen and used one exactly like this as a center door. It is beautiful. Just thought I would share one of its many uses. Best of luck. Fanned.

In Louisiana, where I'm originally from, we use them as musical instruments. Now, they make them that fit over your head and rest on your shoulders leaving both hands free to chanka-chank on the rubboards. LOL. It's a lil thing called Zydeco and Cajun music. Gwen, it is 18 x 9. It is about 1 lb. I can't imagine that it will cost more than 5$ to ship it unless it's size takes more. I would be glad to make you a deal for a copy of one of your photos in exchange for shipping. Is that allowed here? I am an artist as well, but my talent does not seem to include a camera. I do sculpture and drawing and water color. I hope over time we can get to know each other and share the dreams of our art.

I can't' believe but I can't find anyway to ship this for less than 9 dollars. And the boot was 15. Again, maybe we can do some exchange of art for the shipping on the items. If you win both, it might be cheaper to send the two rather than individually. I will work with you creatively.
