Thanks...the belt was black leather and silver rings, it kind of helped 'blouse' out the dress.

I am wearing it in the second pic and I am a woman...
However, since the label says a size 5, I am assuming it is a juniors, as women's sizing is in even numbers.

Without a belt and blousing it out, it hits just above the knee. I usually wore it with a belt and hiked it up to mid thigh.
