notice I say pure water not tap water. one bidde told me she feels like een water breaks her out. and she may be right! if you knew all that was in out water supply that doesn't get filter out including active drugs is quite amazing we survive let alone not break out. I highly recommend getting the best water filter you can buy for all your water taps. and I personally never cook w tap water. uck!

lol that's ok. I was pretty clueless about water til last year. the best water is ph balanced but it seems to
require a very expensive filtration system that I certainly can't afford. bottle water isn't the best. we really put a lot of trust into companies re our bottle water. i do think it's better though that the tap. clorine and floride all those chemicals they add to out water system
ontop of all the stuff we put in there ( it's our toliet water btw!) it doesn't all get filtered out by our water plants. did you know the drugs are still active all those pills people are taking are in our water?!!!

ok so anyway... yes if it's really distilled it's better. for the mask just use the best water you have on hand so you detox as much as possible.

I learned clay has been used to
detox water as well. I add some
to my water once in a while.
