This is a 2002 English (or Great Britian, if you rather) 10 Pence. A great place to look up coins to get this information is worldcoingallery.com, a free site which list just about every coin for over the last 100 + years from countries both new and old, existing, non existing and even some fantasy countries. This is an US made website from Athens, GA and yes he has had help from foreign coin collectors all over the world he keeps it running and a viable resource on his own dime. Just remember there is no www at the beginning. It is just worldcoingallery.com.

By the way the pictures aren't that bad. I have clearly seen worse. But the better the picture the better the response but you provide both sides and there is plenty detail to identify the coin for what it is just not how "good" it is and in the coin business Grade, Age and Authentication are everything.
