Who ever wins this is lucky i paid 24,500 bids for it but my lose is your gain . I have a phablet phone/tablet off here well i can only tell you what i was told when i got it off here . Well i was told it was unlocked to use on whatever carrier you want with a sim card but i tried my straight talk with the bring your own phone and they could not get it to work with t-mobile but they said it might work with att but i dont know as i not spending no more money on this. Well as you can see it works great as a tablet and the only thing i see wrong with it is i think its missing the sims card and mermery card cover i have no clue the name of it as its not on here so you are bidding on this As Is since its not new and i have told you everything i can about it .
