winner of auction gets charger books and box (ifthey want box)it is tmobile and any tmobile phone is compatible with pay as you go through tmobile all you have to do is slide ur sim card in it and ur good to go....if there is any scratches they arent noticable i did have a screen protector on it through my use of it....
