I am 5'4, about 160lbs, 36c and usually wear this size top, and this fits great, falling below my belt in the front. It is completely sheer in the back, making this super cute. I absolutely love this top, but I got new clothes, so it's time to gooooooo. It's about 18" from armpit to armpit, about 16" from armpit straight down side seam to bottom hem of shirt in front, about 24.5" total length front side of shirt and about 30" total length on back side of shirt. 95% polyester, 5% spandex.
