This listing is for a small black and gold Neko cat bell charm. It has been used before (I believe it either came off of a cell phone charm or a piece of jewelry), but is in good condition. The bell has gold oriental characters painted on it in various places. The ball is still inside, so it jingles. It has a hoop on the top, so it can be used as a cell phone charm, a pendant for a necklace, a bracelet charm, or any other way you see fit. I can retrofit it before sending it to the winner if they know what they're going to do with it. (Message for details.)

The bell and packaging is light, so I'll ship it for free. Please be mindful of the fact that it is the holiday season, and the USPS is overloaded with packages and mail.
