This is a little worn on the outside and definitely worn on the inside. The inside fabric is removed. About 18" x 12"

Yes, it is just the inside that is worn. The outside looks great. And it is the colour of the first photo

It would definitely fit an IPad and a hardcover 5x7 book, along with your wallet etc...but it's not really a bag, just a large purse.

Why was the inside fabric removed?

It has been changed to GIN 4400. The inside was ripping and I was losing change between the fabric and the leather, so I just got rid of the fabric. Too lazy to sew it.
