Great, will return the favor & fan you back :-). The book has a diet plan in it, fitness, beauty & self-confidence tips. It's also a companion to the dvd & has a "featherweight" strength-training program that targets specific body parts. As far as the dvd, I played it once and then it went back on my bookshelf. I think it would be really beneficial; I'm just in school full-time, work full-time & also have 3 little ones. So I don't have much spare time right now. Let my loss be your gain though :-)
