The listing, Beautiful "Marked" pendant has ended.

Soft pastel blue background with ANGEL BABY on face. Very old, it was in my mother-in laws jewelry box. The mark is a K with a D stamped on it. If anyone knows what this mark stands for, please let me know... Nice piece ( I did not clean it) sometimes if you don't clean it properly you can damage it?
