Are there different rules concering GIN because that is what I was told too. No GIN if bids have been made but then I was told the opposite when bidding on an auction a couple months ago. Just curious Thx

GIN is disabled if bidding reaches 50% of the starting bids value.
I had GIN at 9,999 and the bid reached 7,000 so the GIN was disabled .
Also once there is a bid on an auction you can NOT put a gin on it, OR change the description. All you can do is "Add a note" I hope this was helpful, i`m terrible at explaining things! LOL! : )
