The listing, Black and White Floral Skirt has ended.

This is a pre-owned item. I wore it a couple+ of times.

Very pretty black and white floral skirt flares at the bottom. There is a grosgrain ribbon that runs along the skirt, right below the waistline. Side zipper. No lining.

Please note: there are a couple of stains on this skirt that are hardly noticeable when you are wearing it, since they get lost with the amount of fabric there is with the flare. See photos for details.

waist - 13.5" (does not stretch)
top to bottom - 26.5"

Materials: 98% Cotton, 2% Spandex

It's washed, but not ironed.

Comes from a pet friendly home.

Yes, and most likely ironed.
