For those of you who haven't bid on my stuff before; I get large lots of returned and damaged jewelry from large department stores, either repair or recycle items, and what is in good shape I sell on Listia. It IS new. Some still have tags. If I can see damage, I will either point it out, or not list it at all.That being said....this is a GREAT necklace. There are no tags, but all that I could find wrong with it was, the circlet was bent. I have straightened it (check the pics)and I love the gold and silvertone discs. Very classy and minimalistic. Thanks for looking.
