Instructions: Skin should be cleaned and free of all oils. Cut out desired tattoo. Remove clear top sheet. Place tattoo in the desired area, firmly press design side down. Place wet cloth on it and hold down for 30 seconds to thoroughly wet the sheet. Remove sheet carefully. For best effect, rinse image off with cool water.
