This is a pretty ring. Would be nice for a young lady. It is I think CZ stones and they sure sparkle. The ring itself is gold plated with no markings. Sit it next to a nickel to try and show size. The nickel is larger than ring band. Have a great day JIM

I would say it is about a size 6. Have no way to check it so can't say for sure. It is quite a bit smaller than the nickel. Hope this helps. Have a great day JIM
