Yes it is practically new! After I realized my cat could not use it, I put it all back in the original packaging. I know he would of loved it If he was not so old. :)

I opened the box tried to get my old kitty interested in it but I think he's just too old! I put it right back in the packaging, and was gonna return it. But I thought it would be a great item for Listia. There is no hair in it and is technically not used. I am almost positve that any other cat would love this!
